This is the perfect cocktail when you are in need of a refreshing yet flavorful drink. Pineapple pairs well with spiciness and the cayenne pepper rim adds the perfect flare!
Ingredients:
𝐑𝐢𝐦:
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1/2 Tsp of Sugar
1/4 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Lime
𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤:
3 Tbsp Tequila or Tonic
3 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
1 & 1/2 Tsp Lime Juice
1 & 1/2 Tsp of Agave/Simple Syrup (1:1 Sugar:Water)
Coat rim of the glass with a lime. Dip in spice mixture (salt, sugar & cayenne pepper).
Next add ice, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave to the glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel!
