I love to keep Herb Butter in my fridge. As we think about the foundations of cooking, herb butter (compound butter) can really help with elevating your dishes!

Ingredients:
1 Stick of Butter
5 Sprigs of Thyme
2 Sticks of Rosemary
1 Tbsp of Parsley
1 Tbsp of Garlic
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
Soften a stick of butter. Finely chop all herbs and garlic. Combine the softened butter in a bowl and add herbs, garlic, seasoning, and lemon juice. Once finished used plastic wrap to mold it into a stick of butter again.
Refrigerate until solid.
Uses:
- Cooking meats
- Flavoring pasta
- Sautéing veggies
- Spread on bread
