I harvested some Chamomile from my stoop garden and used the staples in my pantry to make a restorative tea. With everything going on in today's society, something as simple as sleep/rest can become a luxury. Typically, the hardest part about getting rest, is actually falling asleep. Food can always be used as medicine so I combined various herbs and spices that have restorative and calming properties to create a delicious remedy.
Enjoy this delicious beverage before going to bed or taking a nap. Or, enjoy this beverage during the day to bring some calmness to your overall demeanor.
